There are six available units at this time, with prices starting at $599,000.The floor plans in the first phase range in size from 1,338 to 1,542 sq.ft. The availability of the floor plans depends on the phase being offered. Completion of Phase 1 is scheduled for the fall of 2020. Each home has been designed with a spacious main-floor area to optimize the square footage.

Monterra Projects has voluntarily built each home to Step Code 4 specifications, which means the homes have more insulation and are more energy efficient. Every home comes with a heat pump, air conditioning (AC) and a heat recovery ventilation system (HRV).
